Baby Oran, his big sisters and I would like to wish you all a happy, peaceful Christmas and new year.  I am sorry I am missing the Christmas preparations at school, they are always so much fun.  I will look forward to seeing the photos on the website.  Hope you all enjoy a well deserved rest over the holidays.

To the P7 Ensemble girls, your music playing at the Charity Business Lunch in the Canal Court was fantastic.
I had so many people comment on the wonderful music you provided - well done! I am so proud of you! All your hard work paid off - keep it up, we've more performances to come! 

Girls, I have been reading the 'Home interests' part of the website and I want to thank, Caela, Sophie, Ellie Eabha, Lauryn and Mia for sharing their lovely 'home' news with us. You are great girls with very busy lives.

Well done to all the girls and teachers for yet another fantastic St Clare's Event.  Really enjoyed the halloween poems and custumes.

What a surprise that little Aidan has featured on the St. Clare's website at such a young age!!  We had a lovely day visiting the school and I was so delighted to see the mature and sensible Primary 4 girls, Miss Kavanagh is so lucky .  The Primary 3 girls looked like they are ready for the challenge of their new class too!  Well done girls.  I hope to see you all soon,

This is such a lovely website, I used to go to St Clare's many years ago, and still remember it fondly, I now live in South Africa but am hoping to come to Newry next year on holiday and would really love to visit my old school.

Thanks to Alicia, Eadaoin, Eva and Sophie for the beautiful articles that they have written for us about their interests at home. You are such lucky girls to have all these lovely things happening in your lives. Thank you for sharing with us.

I have been looking through our website and I feel so proud. I love the photographs of you all on 'Red and Black - Down day.' You all look so happy!!!

I also really enjoyed looking at the 'Girls' work' section, you are very talented.

I know that we are going to have a wonderful year together, and I am delighted to see how well our beautiful P1 girls are settling into life in St Clare's.

In my 2nd year at the Sacred Heart and have recongnised many of the 1st years to be girls from St. Clare's :) bye

Dear Michelle and staff,

We very much enjoyed our afternoon with you this week.  We were most impressed with the changes to the school and the excellent standards displayed in all the classrooms.  The staff were most hospitable and it was a joy to witness such enthusiasm and energy in the school in which we spent so many happy years.

All the best for the future, we are sure it will be a bright one for staff and pupils alike.

My first day in P1 at St Clare's was on Thursday.  I am making new friends and I love my classroom.  I cant wait until tomorrow to go back again and I am looking forward to Tuesday for P.E, I hope I get to play football =)

I am so excited to start BIG school on 1st September.  I met my P1 teacher at the end of June and saw my classroom which I loved.

Mummy has got some of my uniform and I can't wait to wear it.

I visited my school and teacher on the 28th June and I am really looking forward to starting in September.  Mrs Monaghan and Miss Keenan made us feel so welcome.  I know I will really enjoy being a pupil of St Clare's. I tried my new uniform on today and I love it!  I feel like a big girl now. 

I have looked at my new school on the computer with my mammy and my auntie Al and i think i am going to have great fun.  Mammy is taking me to get my new uniform and i am very excited. oh and i love my new teacher.

How modern St. Clare's is, a great wee website!!!

I am a past pupil and spent many happy days at the school 1982 -1988.

Just want to congratulate the school for its wonderful ethos and all the happy memories I have of it.

Yesterday we visited Miss Keenan's p1 class, Blaithin had a great day and can't wait until she starts in September. Thankyou all for making us feel so welcome.
